What we do to meet accessibility standards:

• Sufficient color contrast on all text and interactive elements (minimum 4.5:1 ratio for normal text)
• All images include descriptive alt text
• All forms have proper labels and error descriptions
• Full keyboard navigation support — no mouse required to use any feature
• Screen reader compatibility — semantic HTML, ARIA roles where appropriate
• No content that flashes more than 3 times per second
• Reduced motion support — animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion system setting
• Logical heading structure on every page
• Skip-to-content link available on every page

Client websites we build: All websites delivered by Atiya Digital Labs are built to WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We include accessible form labels, alt text, and keyboard navigation in every build. Clients who add content after delivery are responsible for maintaining accessibility of that new content.

Accessibility of this website (atiyadigitallabs.com): This site uses high-contrast dark mode design with neon green accents. Orbitron and Exo 2 are legible display fonts. The animated Matrix rain background respects prefers-reduced-motion — users who have enabled reduced motion in their OS settings will not see the animation.

Digi — AI Assistant: Digi is an AI-powered assistant built into The Lab platform. Digi is not a human. Digi is powered by large language models (including Claude by Anthropic and Gemini by Google, accessed via OpenRouter) and responds based on patterns in its training data. Digi can assist with business questions, content drafting, email writing, and strategy — but Digi's responses should be reviewed before use in important business decisions. Digi does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.

AI in content creation: Atiya Digital Labs uses AI tools (including Claude, Gemini, and image generation models) to assist in the creation of copy, images, and content for client projects. Where AI is used to substantially generate advertising or marketing content, we disclose this to clients and recommend that clients review all AI-generated content before publishing.

AI in our own marketing: Some copy, images, and content on this website and in our social media may be drafted or enhanced with AI assistance. We review and edit all AI-generated content before publishing.

What AI does NOT do at Atiya Digital Labs:

• AI does not make final decisions about your project without human review from Atiya or her team
• AI does not have access to your sensitive personal or financial information unless explicitly required by the platform feature you are using
• AI does not impersonate a human in any customer-facing communication — any AI interaction is clearly identified as AI
• AI-generated testimonials or reviews are never used — all testimonials are from real clients

Third-party AI tools we use: Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), OpenRouter (model routing), and Kie.ai (image generation). Each of these providers has their own privacy and AI governance policies. We comply with applicable FTC guidelines on AI transparency and disclosure.

This Privacy Policy describes how Atiya Digital Labs ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, products, or services.

What we collect:

• Contact information — name, email, phone number when you fill out a form, book a consultation, or create an account
• Business information — business name, industry, and project details you provide when working with us
• Usage data — pages visited and actions taken on our platform (collected via Umami Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics tool that does not use cookies or track individuals across sites)
• Payment information — processed securely through Stripe. We do not store card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.

How we use your information:

• To build and deliver your website or system
• To communicate about your project, send invoices, and provide support
• To operate and improve The Lab platform
• To send you relevant updates if you have opted in to communications

AI and your data: If you use Digi within The Lab platform, your conversation inputs are sent to AI model providers (via OpenRouter) to generate responses. These conversations are not used to train AI models by default. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers.

Data storage and security: Client data is stored on Railway's PostgreSQL infrastructure (US-based). Media files are stored on Cloudflare R2. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We implement role-based access controls so your team sees only what you allow.

Your rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing goatiyadigital@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies: This website uses no advertising cookies. We use Umami Analytics which is cookieless by design. Stripe may set cookies during checkout for fraud prevention.

Children: Our services are intended for business owners 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

By purchasing a service or using The Lab platform, you agree to the following terms.

Website builds:

• Website builds require payment in full upfront. Full System builds require a $997 non-refundable deposit to begin. This deposit is applied to your total project cost.
• Project scope is confirmed in writing before work begins. Changes to scope may affect timeline and cost.
• Atiya Digital Labs retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You own your domain. We never purchase or hold domains on your behalf.
• Monthly maintenance fees cover hosting and minor updates. Major additions (new pages, seasonal campaigns, new integrations) are scoped and priced separately.

The Lab platform:

• Monthly platform fees are billed in advance. The current sale rate of $97/month is available through July 1, 2026, after which the rate becomes $147/month.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of your billing period.
• Your data is yours. You may export your contacts, deals, and content at any time.
• Atiya Digital Labs reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or are used for unlawful purposes.

Strategy consultation calls:

• A $97 non-refundable fee is required to book a strategy consultation call with Atiya Thompson directly.
• If you move forward with either a Website Build or Full System after the call, the $97 is applied toward your product.
• If you choose not to purchase after the call, the $97 is not refunded.
• Missed or rescheduled calls with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the $97 fee.

Full System deposit policy:

• The remaining balance after the $997 deposit is due in full by your scheduled strategy session.
• No exceptions. If payment is not received by the session date, a 24-hour courtesy window is extended.
• If the remainder is not paid within that 24-hour window, the $997 deposit is forfeited and the project slot is released.

AI services (Digi):

• Digi is provided as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it in your business.
• Digi is not a substitute for legal, financial, or medical professionals.

Limitation of liability: Atiya Digital Labs' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.

Changes to these terms: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
