Right after payment you'll receive a detailed onboarding form. This is where we learn your business — your services, your workflow, your team, your tools, and what's not working. The more detail you give us, the better your build.

Before we touch a single line of code, you and your team get on a call with Atiya. We walk through the onboarding form together, confirm priorities, and align on the vision for your Lab. Questions get answered here — not after launch.

This is where we go heads down. Your full Lab system is built, configured, and tested — CRM, booking, email, payments, AI, and everything in between. You'll get a progress update at the midpoint so you're never in the dark.

2–4 weeks from kickoff · depending on tier

Your Lab is live and ready. We walk you through every room, train you on how it all works, and hand you the keys. You leave that call knowing how to run your business from one place — and we stay on for support.
